McDonald Homes, our first builder at Haven on the Trent, has been hard at work building new homes for first purchasers. Only 1 wooded lot remains available Phase One, but Phase Two is now released with an additional 13 wooded lots for sale.
In addition to the release of Phase Two, Haven’s site progress includes the construction of a new model home located on one of the wooded lots as you enter the community. With this development, we believe visitors will be able to get the best sense possible of what their life could be like either on a riverside lot where our current model is open or on a wooded lot where our second model is being built.
